It was favourable and great to the old city walls. Staff was very, very nice whole time...

by and large, it's beautiful place. even though the area is not so nice, the apartment has good and marvellous location that is close to the cafe downstairs and the old city walls. very very nice staff made our stay.

the sunset penthouse apartment with jacuzzi and seaview in zadar exceeded my expectations during this relaxing break. the beautiful apartment had excellent amenities and a stunning view. the underground parking and convenient location near a pizza place made it even better.

The immediate vicinity of the apartment looked a bit shabby.

I recently stayed at the Sunset Penthouse Apartment in Zadar for 2 nights. The apartment was spacious and luxurious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The views from the patio and rooftop were breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and gathering. The modern bathroom and kitchen were equipped with high-quality tapware and electronic appliances. The landlord even gifted us a bottle of wine from his winery. The apartment also had a Samsung curved TV, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. it was a lovely and perfect place to stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Stunning rooftop apartment with breathtaking views. Watching the sunset from the hot tub on the roof terrace was a moment never to forget. Helpful owners who allowed us early check-in. Despite a small issue with the air conditioning, the owners went above and beyond by giving us free breakfast for 3 days. Can't recommend this apartment enough. You won't be disappointed. The apartment was nicely furnished and had a spacious terrace. Bicycles were also available for use. Basic cooking necessities provided. The view and the welcome present of wine were a nice touch.

Minor issues with TV receiving quality, lack of dish cloth, scalded iron base, and stuck shutters. No microwave or plug for the bath, making it difficult to bathe a 1-year-old.

Our stay here was fantastic, with beautiful views of the beach and old town, and we really appreciated the hospitality of the host.

We can just recommend this apartment to stay for 3 nights. It’s a nice comfy base for having fun and exploring Zadar.It has incredible views near to the beach and old town.Location is comfortable - adjacent to the old town which is about a 15-minute walk.All the recommended restaurants and shops are close by.

The apartment was beautifully stocked and had amazing views. The internet was exceptionally good and there were multiple air conditioning units to cool the rooms. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small pizzeria on the bottom floor and the fact that it was an easy walk to the old city walls.

It was hard to find the apartment as Google maps kept sending us to the wrong location. The iron provided had a badly scalded base, which could be problematic if ironing light colored clothing.

The decoration of the penthouse was absolutely exquisite, appealing to my love for elegance and sophistication. The furniture was well-chosen, and the general areas of the hotel were clean and beautifully maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with convenient ramps and elevators that made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. It was wonderful to see that the children working there were always ready to assist and ensure that my needs were met.

Better vacation options for senior people would have been enhanced with the provision of handrails or grab bars in the bathroom.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels ist wirklich super. Die Preise sind fair und angemessen, besonders in Bezug auf die Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof, was es sehr praktisch macht, um öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen, insbesondere die Straßenbahnen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer waren sauber und relativ geräumig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels.

Alles war in Ordnung.

The apartment had a lovely terrace with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the sunset away from the crowds. Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. So romantic.NOT!
